Abstract
In this paper, the effect of temperature and wavelength on photoacoustic signals was studied. A brief model of photoacoustic imaging with temperature and wavelength was proposed. The experimental results prove that the photoacoustic signals changed under temperatures ranged from 8°C to 20°C, and the variation trend under different wavelengths like 750 nm and 850 nm we tested was different too. This research work will be helpful to reduce the photoacoustic signal analysis errors caused by the temperature and wavelength, and possible to improve the thermal photoacoustic measurement and imaging quality.
