Broadband Antireflective Surface-Relief Structure for THz Optics

Abstract

An optimized antireflective surface-relief structure for THz optics was manufactured by single-point diamond turning into Topas® samples. Two effects of the structure are demonstrated: Increased transmittance and reduction of the modulations in the spectrum.
