A THz Transducer for On-Chip Label-Free DNA Sensing

Abstract

A new THz planar transducer is proposed, and its performance in terms of the analytic sensitivity and selectivity is investigated. Full-wave analysis results are demonstrated to show the promising capabilities of the transducer when used in a THz DNA sensor.
