A Cost Effective and Low Footprint Hyperspectral Bioluminescent Tomography System Based on Compressive Sensing

Abstract

A low cost bioluminescent tomography system is developed, utilizing compressive sensing to collect hyperspectral data of biologically informative light at the surface of an animal. This method is shown to improve data collection time and source localization.
