Tomographic multiplexing using fluorescence lifetime and spectral contrast

Abstract

We present a resolution matrix-based approach to constrain cross-talk in tomographic multiplexing. This approach provides zero cross-talk solutions for lifetime multiplexing and the conditions for achieving zero cross-talk in spectral multiplexing.
