Multimodal Nonlinear Optical Imaging of Subcellular Lipid and Vesicular Structures

Abstract

A unique cross-filtering technique was developed to eliminate the false lipid signal in femtosecond SRS and THG. This enabled integration of SRS, THG and two-photon fluorescence microscopy for imaging lipid droplets and associated vesicular structures.
