Concurrent multi-parametric analysis of quantitative dynamic contrast-enhanced MR Imaging and Near-Infrared Spectroscopy in breast lesions

Abstract

Analysis of MRI parameters together with NIRS values (n=28 subjects) shows that the combinations of Ktrans with either HbT or TOI have high diagnostic accuracy, increasing AUC values to 93-94% and specificity up to 100%.
