Abstract

A multi-wavelength fluorescence camera add on for existing cryoslicing instruments is described. Ex-vivo fluorescently-labeled tracers are recovered in 3D with high resolution, including 2-Deoxy-D-glucose, ZW800-1, and an antisense oligonucleotide
