Optical Manipulation of Liquid-based Microreactors in Optofluidic DNA Computation

Abstract

Optofluidic DNA computation is studied for bio-molecular applications. Microreactors containing DNAs are manipulated with optical trapping. Logic operations are demonstrated using two types of microreactors embodied by water-in-oil microdroplets and liposomes.
