Abstract
Risk management for Homeland and National Security involves the calculus of funding preventative systems andd procedures based upon potential threat likelihood and consequences. Factors to be considered include the vulnerability of the infrastructure to given threats and the cost and technical viability of potential technical and procedural solutions. This talk will provide an overview of potential threats, examine trends, and discuss some low probability but high risk threats. Full-text article is not available.
