Abstract

We discuss a new method of obtaining parametric information in measurements with tunable diode laser spectroscopy utilizing spectral lineshape analysis and quantitative metrics of signal structure of higher harmonic (>2f) wavelength modulation spectroscopic (WMS) signals.
