Experimental and Numerical Performance Evaluation of a 45kWel Multi-Source Solar Simulator

Abstract

A novel high-flux solar simulator has been designed, implemented and characterized. It is composed of 18 2.5kWel xenon lamps. The selected design ensures a good versatility, a high flux available (up to 24 600 suns) and a better uniformity.
