Organometallic Perovskite Solar Cells-Temperature Effect Study

Abstract

This study communicates a temperature analysis on the photovoltaic parameters of CH3NH3PbI3-based perovskite solar cell from 80 to 360 K under irradiation. Strong temperature-dependent photovoltaic effects have been observed in the type of solar cell.
