Graphene/Semiconductor Heterojunction Solar Cells and Photodetectors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Graphene-on-semiconductor has been proved to be a quality Schottky junction with high photoelectric conversion. Graphene serves multiple functions as transparent electrode, active junction layer, hole collector and anti-reflection layer in the graphene-on-Si heterojunction solar devices.
