Simulation of self-mixing effect with aerosol backscattering feedback for aerosol sizing

Abstract

The characteristics of self-mixing effect with aerosol backscattering feedback are simulated. Aerosol diameter is obtained by analyzing power spectral density. The result shows error of aerosol sizing is less than 17%.
