MgF2/ZnS double-layer anti-reflection coating design for ultra-thin GaAs single-junction solar cells

Abstract

This paper reports modeling findings that MgF2/ZnS double-layer anti-reflection coating potentially offers a less than 1.5% reflection loss for ultra-thin GaAs single-junction solar cells, when all the layers in the solar cells are taken into account.
