Opto-Fluidic Waveguide Coupling

Abstract

Light induced vapor bubble generation inside a liquid, serves as a coupling mechanism into a waveguide slab. We show an optical-to-optical efficiency of 40% in the concentrator as well as light induced passive tracking.
