Abstract

The Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program has help facilitate the development of two advanced methods of profiling water vapor in the lower atmosphere at its Southern Great Plains (SGP) Cloud and Radiation Testbed (CART) site.
