Abstract
A real-time vibration compensation control system based on fiber-coupling is demonstrated. The system compensates the dominant frequency of vibration spectrum. Using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to control the fast-steering-mirrors (FSM) to maintain the coupling efficiency, the coupled optical power after compensation continues to be effective until the laser source frequency reach 80Hz with good stability.
