Abstract
A replication technique for fabricating volume hologram arrays is presented that has potential for mass-manufacturing. The system is well-suited for fabricating high-efficiency volume holographic lens arrays for use in spectrum-splitting photovoltaic systems. A prototype version of the replication system is assembled and shown to fabricate holographic lens arrays with high efficiency and precision (95.6 +/- 0.8 %).
