Charge Transport and Recombination in Bulk-Heterojunction Solar Cells

Abstract

Charge carrier transport and recombination are measured in polymer/fullerene bulk-heterojunction solar cells using novel opto-electrical techniques. The impact of nanomorphology on carrier transport and recombination as well as on solar cell performance is discussed.
