Effects of External Physical Parameters on Light Emission from Alq3 Films

Abstract

Photoluminescence from Alq3 films is described by four components with different spectral and time features, which depend markedly on environmental conditions. In particular, spectra evolve through activation-like processes towards more stable shapes with increasing temperature.
