Pushing the Sensitivity Limit of CARS Microscopy

Abstract

CARS Microscopy is a powerful technique capable of rapid chemically- selective imaging in vivo. In this report, we will show recent work on Frequency Modulated CARS (FM-CARS) to push the sensitivity limit of CARS imaging.
