Quantitative Diffuse Optical Spectroscopy of Short-term Reoxygenation Kinetics in Radiation-Resistant and Sensitive Tumors

Abstract

Radiation-induced changes in tumor oxygenation were measured using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy in pre-clinical animal models. Our data reveal significant differences in reoxygenation kinetics between radiation-resistant and sensitive tumors.
