Sensitive and Rapid Assay for Determination of Protein Concentration Using Silver Nanoparticles with Hyaluronan

Abstract

Developing and validating of the rapid and sensitive method for determination of protein concentration using silver nanoparticles with hyaluronan was carried out. The assay is easy performed at room temperature and no special equipment is required.
