Feasibility of Brain Tumor Delineation using Immunolabeled Gold Nanorods

Not Accessible

Abstract

The enhanced scattering of gold nanorods in the near-infrared regime provides excellent contrast for imaging within biological tissues. This study demonstrates the capability of anti-EGFR nanorods to distinguish xenograft glioblastomas from healthy murine brain tissue.
