A Novel Optical Metabolic Assay of Cancer Drug Efficacy in Primary 3D Tumor Cultures

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Optical metabolic imaging of 3-dimensional cultures derived from primary human breast cancer tissue samples resolves cellular level response to cancer drugs and drug combinations. This approach could provide a powerful high-throughput drug screen for primary human tumors.
