SPECT-CT to study the biodistribtion of orally administered 99mTc-labbeled spraydried gelatin nanospheres

Abstract

Gelatin nanospheres were prepared by spraydried method and were radiolabelled with 99mTc. SPECT-CT was used for GIT drug distribution study in mice. 60% of the given dose was found to in GIT at 12 h.
