Abstract

We have developed a high-speed integrated Optical Coherence Tomography and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging system to simultaneously acquire coregistered morphological and biochemical images. System development and results from recent studies aimed toward oral cancer detection and atherosclerotic plaque discrimination will be discussed.
