Impedance Spectroscopy of Conductively Doped Organic Carrier-Transport Materials

Abstract

We performed the impedance spectroscopy of the F4-TCNQ-doped hole-transport layer. The difference in impedance spectra between undoped and doped materials were examined and the equivalent circuits were established with extracted parameters.
