Abstract

We developed broadband dichroic filters for pump-probe spectroscopy studying ultrafast dynamics of biological molecules. The filters operating at Brewster angle of ZnSe transmit mid-infrared and reflect near-infrared radiation. Thin-film material combinations were ZnS/YbF3 and Ge/YbF3.
