Reflection Coefficient Monitoring for Optical Interference Coating Depositions

Abstract

Real-time broadband spectrum was employed to acquire the real-time refractive index, thickness, reflection coefficient magnitude and phase under normal incidence of light. The monitoring shows high stability and good error compensation without deposition termination ambiguity.
