Recent Progress on Testing of Optical Laser Components

Abstract

Recent progress on standardization of high-reflectance testing of laser components with cavity ring-down technique is reported. Effect of polarization on reflectance measurement accuracy is discussed. Absorption behavior of fused silica at 193nm is investigated. Article not available.
