A goniometric instrument for a spatially resolved scattering and polarimetric characterisation of optical coatings

Abstract

A CCD-ARS set-up is presented. This new high sensitivity instrument allows both spatial and angular resolved measurement of scattered fields intensity and polarimetic characteristics. Applications to the comprehensive characterization of optical coatings are given.
