Abstract

Contamination of sol-gel anti-reflective (AR) coatings by volatile organic compounds reduces their efficiency. Co-hydrolysis of TEOS-based sol-gels with select organosiloxanes produces sol-gel AR’s with both excellent contamination resistance and high laser damage resistance.
