Assessment of AR coated CaF2 DUV optical components

Abstract

A two-step process including standard ellipsometric and quasi-Brewster angle measurements has been employed to identify the process variations originating from coating and/or polished CaF2 substrates of AR coated CaF2 deep-ultraviolet (DUV) fluoride components.
