Temperature insensitive fiber optic FP sensor for measurement of pressure/strain under high temperature

Abstract

A novel fiber optic FP interferometer sensor (FFPI) with thermal drift of ~0.1pm/°C is demonstrated for measurement of pressure/strain under high temperature of up to 400°C, which is the lowest temperature sensitivity FFPI reported.
