Abstract

An ultra-low crosstalk and polarization independent interferometric FBG sensor array were demonstrated utilizing novel crosstalk synthesis and polarization switching (CIS-PS) hybrid processing method. The measured crosstalk reached −50dB, making it attractive for acoustic and seismic sensing applications.
