Highly sensitive fiber temperature sensor based on antiresonant effect cascaded with multimode interference

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated a highly sensitive fiber temperature sensor based on anti-resonant effect cascaded with multimode interference, the sensitivity of 26.73 pm/°C and −275.39 pm/°C corresponding to the aforementioned two mechanisms can be respectively obtained.
