High Sensitivity Long-Period Grating Michelson Refractometer with Reduced Fiber Cladding

Abstract

The sensitivity of refractometer based on long period grating Michelson interferometer is enhanced by reducing the cladding diameter of the fiber tip down to 20 µm with buffer HF etching.
