Abstract

In this article, we present a new design for solving cross sensitivity of fiber fabry-perot pressure sensor. The results showed the temperature sensitivity of compensated and noncompensated fiber fabry-perot are 2.52x 10-6 /°C and 16.8x10-6 /°C , respectively.
