Hybridization and joint density of states dominated evolutions in the dielectric function of Bi2Se3 thin films

Abstract

The dielectric functions of 2–10 QL Bi2Se3 are investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry. We find that the hybridization influences surface plasmons and the joint density of states dominates the evolution in imaginary dielectric function.
