TDM based Optical Bypass for Intra-rack Elephant Flow with A DPDK Based Online Timeslot Allocator

Abstract

An optical TDM system is experimentally demonstrated with sFlow based elephant flow detection and a DPDK based online timeslot allocator. With proposed timeslot allocation algorithm, allocator could have 383 Gbps throughput and continuous timeslots allocation.
