Broadband light bending with a doublet silicon nanopost array

Abstract

A subwavelength silicon nanoposts array featuring high bending efficiencies in the wavelength of 1480−1600 nm are demonstrated. The compactness, low loss, and CMOS compatibility enable the structure a promising component for on-chip optical control.
