Abstract

We report a silicon photonic 4×25 Gb/s polarization-insensitive wavelength-division multiplexing receiver with a fiber-to-photodiode responsivity >0.26 A/W and crosstalk <−20 dB in 200-GHz channel spacing. Both central wavelengths and channel spacing are tunable.
