A hybrid lightwave transmission system based on fiber-VLLC convergence

Abstract

A hybrid lightwave transmission system based on SMF and VCSEL-based VLLC convergence with light injection and optoelectronic feedback techniques is proposed. Over 40-km SMF and 10-m free-space VLLC transport, CNR/CSO/CTB/BER performs brilliantly for CATV/16-QAM/16-QAM-OFDM transmission.
