2.8FITs of Field Reliability of 1480nm/14xx-nm Pump Lasers

Abstract

Recent progress of high power and high reliable 1480nm/14xx-nm pump lasers as FOL14** series of FITEL is reported. Field reliability was estimated for over one million shipments and failure mode was analyzed by returned products.
