Abstract

We reported a 4-channel DFB laser array integrated with passive-grating-reflector utilizing reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technique. 53.3% increase of slope efficiency, 27.3% decrease of threshold current are obtained with >60dB SMSR and wavelength spacing deviation< 0.07nm.
