Demonstration of Real-time 1.2 Tb/s Transmission over 4 Types of Fiber with Nyquist WDM Prototype System

Abstract

We demonstrate a 1.2 Tb/s real-time transmission over 4 types of optical fiber with 120G PDM-QPSK Nyquist WDM prototype systems. Performance of different fiber is compared and 3200km transmission is achieved without Raman amplification.
