We design and fabricate an on-chip polarization and wavelength demultiplexer incorporating silicon 2D grating coupler and microring resonators. Moreover, we experimentally demonstrate the demultiplexing of polarization and wavelength multiplexed OFDM/OQAM 64/128-QAM signals.
